There are dates that are simply marked on the calendar. And then there are events that change the scope of our thinking, the speed of our movement, and our sense of what's possible.
This is what the 5th anniversary of the Stability International Platform in Cyprus was like.
From June 26 to 29, 2026, the company's founders, executives, top leaders, partners, and clients gathered in Limassol. Over 330 guests attended, and the event brought together representatives of the international Stability community from over 65 countries.
The four days were a living demonstration of how an idea conceived five years ago has grown into an international ecosystem that brings together profitable real estate, digital technology, travel, and a vibrant community.
When the scale is felt from the first minutes
Guests were welcomed at the premium resort The GrandResort — Leonardo Limited Edition on the coast of Limassol.
The grand opening, speeches by Stability President Vitaly Derkach, presentations by department heads, congratulations, training from top leaders, and partner stories created the feeling of more than just an anniversary, but a gathering of people who are building the company's future together.
The stage featured a discussion about the company's journey, the decisions that shaped its development, and its strategy for the coming years. But the true testament to the company's strength was the people in the room: teams from around the world, leaders who grew alongside Stability, and partners for whom the company has become a platform for professional and personal growth.
Recognition ceremonies held a special place in the program. Partners were invited on stage, presented with certificates and gifts, and new achievements and success stories were celebrated. These were moments when numbers turned into human destinies, and one person's achievement became an inspiration for hundreds of others.
The first day concluded with a grand anniversary evening: live vocals, a performance by an illusionist, a festive show, the ceremonial presentation of the anniversary cake, and a group photo of the Stability community.
Premieres that define the next stage of Stability
One of the central news items of the anniversary was a new location in Ukraine – Bakota, located among the canyons and natural landscapes of the Podilski Tovtry National Park.
The new location also marked the premiere of the Glemp Unit Bakota product—a modern, income-generating real estate format that combines natural beauty, tourist appeal, and a professional management model.
The participants interest immediately translated into concrete results: by the end of the anniversary, more than 18 glamps had been purchased.
Guests at the event enjoyed special anniversary deals on Stability properties in various countries. Discounts of up to USD 20,000 were offered on units and villas in Yablunytsia, Mykulychyn, Bakota, Armenia, and Koh Phangan.
The anniversary demonstrated the scale of Stability's geography: from the mountainous regions of Ukraine to tropical Thailand, from Armenia to new international destinations that continue to expand the platform's client and partner options.
Real assets and digital technologies in a single system
The team presented an updated MyCurrency platform: a new interface, expanded analytics, transaction history, tools for monitoring asset profitability, rent management, and reporting.
This wasn't just a technical update. Stability demonstrated the next level of digital infrastructure, where real assets receive a convenient, transparent, and technologically advanced form of interaction.
The olive business also expanded significantly. The company acquired an additional 15 hectares of plantations and 9,300 olive trees. The total olive production area reached 20 hectares, and the number of trees reached 12,000.
Participants of the anniversary were presented with special conditions for tokenized trees and trees with soil.
Gifts from executives and top leaders
Stability's fifth anniversary was memorable for more than just major news. Company executives and top leaders prepared a whole collection of gifts, bonuses, and practical tools for participants.
Each participant received a special guide from the media and marketing team, "Instagram as a Trust Point." It includes a profile packaging system that helps partners explain in seconds who they are, how they can help, and why they're worth talking to about Stability. A live webinar on social media, content, and media customer acquisition was held for the anniversary participants.
Anniversary benefits included the SuperStart and SUMMER programs, additional event tickets, bonuses from 50 to 1000 RenD, special offers on olive trees and income-generating properties, and an extra day off when booking Stability properties.
A celebratory raffle was held for participants. Prizes included a ticket to the ICS International Conference in Sharm el-Sheikh, 100 RenD, and a ticket to a premium yacht tour.
The original promotions from top leaders Sergey and Yulia received a particularly strong response. 170 partners participated, and the total volume reached USD 107,250.
37 new ranks: the energy of the event has been transformed into a result
During the anniversary period and the first week afterward, Stability partners closed 37 new qualification ranks:
18 Assistant, 9 Consultant, 3 Adviser, 5 Manager, 1 Director and 1 National Director.
Behind each new rank are meetings held, client decisions made, team growth, and an internal readiness to reach the next level.
The anniversary didn't end with the official closing. It continued through partner activities, new volumes, acquired assets, and the results of teams around the world.
A finale worthy of Stability's fifth anniversary
On June 29, participants who fulfilled the promotional conditions set off on a sea voyage along the coast of Cyprus.
The program included Cape Akrotiri, Ladies Mile Beach, deep-sea swimming, onboard relaxation, interviews, content creation, training, and face-to-face interactions with Stability's management and leaders.
Without a stage or formal regalia, participants could ask questions, discuss business development, and experience the key benefit of a strong community—access to the experience of people who have already come a long way.
The sea, music, sun, conversations about the future and a sense of teamwork became an emotional finale to four days that could not be perceived as an ordinary conference.
Next stop: ICS 2027 in Egypt
The next major international meeting, the International Conference Stability 2027, was held in Cyprus.
It will be held January 15–17, 2027, in Sharm el-Sheikh. At the conference, the company will summarize the results of 2026, present reports on key areas, and announce strategic plans for the next stage of development.
For participants of the fifth anniversary, a special anniversary ticket price was opened: 295 USD instead of the standard 650 USD.
