Stability in Bakota: the first 20 units have already been installed
Construction work on the site of the future resort complex has moved to the infrastructure and landscaping stage.
According to Andrey Kalchenko, Real Estate Director, 20 modular units have already been installed at the property. The next step is preparing the space for their comfortable use and welcoming the first guests.
Currently, the team is working in several directions at once:
- Prepares sites for installation of fonts - the first batch of fonts has already been manufactured.
- Installs utility lines and drainage systems.
- Carries out work to improve access roads.
- Organizes the diversion of natural water flows to prevent road erosion.
- The improvement of the territory and preparation of the resort complex infrastructure continues.
One of the key tasks was to improve the central road and access to the reception area. Pipes are being laid and drainage channels are being created to ensure effective water drainage.
These solutions are designed not only to make travel within the area more convenient, but also to reduce the negative impact of surface water on the road surface.
Developing a resort with respect for the natural environment
For the project, located within the boundaries of the Podilski Tovtry National Nature Park, careful attention to the existing landscape is of particular importance.
According to the Stability team, the site cleanup work was aimed at removing old and hazardous branches and other potentially hazardous vegetation without damaging healthy young trees.
Particular attention is being paid to natural springs and streams. The team is installing a drainage system that will manage water flows, protect the access road from erosion, and utilize the natural terrain in landscaping.
The project concept envisages the integration of recreational facilities into the existing natural environment, rather than its radical transformation.

The company's immediate plans include completing preparations for the first phase of the resort complex to welcome guests.
According to Andrey Kalchenko, the team is targeting the opening of the resort's winter section in 2026. The final date will be announced separately after the necessary work is completed.
The timeframe for completing individual stages depends on the availability of contractors, equipment, and other organizational factors.
The Stability team continues to work on the launch of the facility and plans to officially announce its opening when the infrastructure is ready to receive visitors.
